What is the turnaround time for made to order items?While some of our product we have on hand such as our phone cases or wallets. Certain pieces, such as our snowglobe tumblers and cans, can take 6 to 8 to be created, packaged, and shipped to you. While this can seem like a long time is needed to ensure the highest quality off our pieces are being sent out to our fairies!

What happens if my package arrives damaged?If something is damaged upon arrival, you have 3-5 days to contact us at our email, Thewonderfullywhimsicalshop@gmail.com and please include your order number and what’s damaged, along with pictures. We will assess the situation, and most likely replace the damaged piece. Anything after 5 days, we can’t guarantee what has happened with the piece at your home. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ? (Demo)Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Get Started” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I add a new question & answer? (Demo)To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click ‘Manage FAQ’ button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under ‘Info to Display.’
